-No NSFW

-No Hateful art
-No Political or Religious art
AI POLICY
Use of AI of any kind, shape or form is prohibited. Never use my work in AI. Not to train AI, not to 'enhance' my work, not to add or change it in any way. That includes uses like 'Grok', 'Chat GPT', 'Sora AI', 'character.ai', and any other AI tools. This applies to past, present, and future commissions with me.
Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines are appreciated.---Pricing---
-My prices are non-negotiable.
-Full payment must be sent before the commission is started.
-There are no payment plans for the art commissions.
-I take my payment through Paypal ONLY. All payments will be made in USD (US Dollars).
-Before the lineart is completed, major changes are still possible without an additional fee.
-AFTER lineart is finished, any major changes will cost an extra $5---Refunds---
-A full refund is only available BEFORE the sketch is started. If not fully completed, a partial refund is permitted. If the coloring stage has started, there will be no refund.
-If a commission is unable to be completed, a full refund will be issued.---General---
-I hold the rights to my artwork and have the right to upload it to my galleries online or to use it as an example piece.
-I reserve the right to decline any commissions for any reason.
- Not for commercial use. (NFT, Merch, resale)
-Client may have their identity hidden if they wish to. I can also delay publishing the work online if the client wishes so.
-All of my artwork, be it commissioned or gifted, will include my artist signature.
-Please don’t remove/edit my signature.
-Please credit me as the artist when sharing artwork.---Sending your Reference(s)---
-I require at least one drawing or picture of a character as reference for the commission.---Commission Procedure----Once all the needed information regarding the commission is sorted out (via email for sending reference images) I will start working on the sketch.
-This sketch will be sent to you once completed and I will ask you to let me know if there are any needed changes.
-Once the sketch is approved by the client I will move forward with the art piece (meaning lineart, coloring etc.)
-I will send WIP pictures as I work on the commission.
-I will send you the finished art via email (Best quality!) or any preferred method of receival.---Commission Time---
-Turnaround time for lineart can be up to 3-4 weeks after payment. Turnaround time for a colored piece can be up to around 4-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission.
-Commissions are worked on in first come first serve order.
-I don’t do deadlines, unless deemed reasonable.
